Manor Kill Falls

Manor Kill Falls is a series of waterfalls and cascades that drop over 120 feet along Manor Kill near Prattsville, New York.

Two waterfalls comprise Manor Kill Falls but can be difficult to access and view from the ground. Lower Manor Kill Falls requires a simple downhill hike on a wooded trail and then a crawl along a rock ledge above the Schoharie Reservoir to the waterfall while Upper Manor Kill Falls can only be seen from above via the Long Trail.

Where Manor Kill empties into Schoharie Creek are the remnants of a tanning enterprise, built by Barent and Peter M. Stryker in 1830. The ruins may be seen when the Schoharie Reservoir water level is extremely low.
