Stony Creek Falls

Stony Creek Falls is an approximate 10-foot-high cascade waterfall along Stony Creek in the Tivoli Bays Wildlife Management Area in Dutchess County, New York. Tivoli Bays feature excellent freshwater intertidal marshes and freshwater tidal swamps and extend for two miles along the east shore of the Hudson River between the villages of Tivoli and Barrytown. The area also includes extensive uplands that include several waterfalls along Stony Creek and Saw Kill Creek.

Stony Creek Falls is an approximate 10-foot-high cascade waterfall along Stony Creek that requires bushwhacking and creek walking to get to the base of the falls.

From the hamlet of Tivoli, follow Montgomery Street south for one mile to a gravel parking area on the west bank of Stony Creek.
