The Flatwoods Run cascades are a series of small drops along Flatwoods Run in Wilsontown, West Virginia. It appears to be a former state roadside park.

From the junction of WV Routes 4 and 20 in Rock Cave, West Virginia, follow WV Route 20 south for 1.3 miles. Turn left onto Kanawha Run Road.
