Pipestem Falls is a classic roadside waterfall along Pipestem Creek in southeast West Virginia. The creek and waterfalls are named for the pipestem plant (Spiraea alba), a hollowed stem shrub that was used for making pipestems.

From the Pipestem State Park entrance, follow WV Route 20 north for 2.7 miles. From WV Route 3 at Hinton, follow WV Route 20 south for 9.5 miles.
