Otter Falls, a cascading waterfall, is located along a branch of Esopus Creek within Slide Mountain Wilderness in the Catskill Mountains of New York.

From the junction of NY Route 42 and Shandaken, follow NY Route 28 west for 3 miles. Turn left onto Olivera Road and continue south for 6.3 miles. There is a small gravel pull-off after a small bridge over the unnamed stream for Otter Falls with additional parking further up the road at a trailhead for Giant Ledge.
