Tompkins Falls, a multi-tier cascade waterfall, is located along Barkaboom Stream within the Delaware Wild Forest in the Catskill Mountains of New York. The remnants of an old mill can be found at the top of the waterfall.

From Downsville, follow NY Route 30 north for 14.7 miles. Just before the bridge over the Pepacton Reservoir, turn right onto BWS Road Road No. 8 and follow for 1.9 miles. Turn right onto Barkaboom Road and continue for 1.1 miles until you come to a very sharp bend in the road. A graveled pulled off provides access to the top of the falls.
